How about following the Link behind "KDE 3.0.5a information page" (http://www.kde.org/info/3.0.5a.html) which should get you to "KDE 3.0.5a Info Page" where in the lower section you will find "Binary packages "/ "The current list of available binary packages:"/ "SuSE Linux (README):"/ "8.0: Intel i386" and "7.3: Intel i386 and IBM PowerPC".
