There are several. There is the Red Hat System Engineer (?), the LPI certification and there is the SAIR GNU/Linux certification(s) Find out more info at http://www.linuxcertification.org and http://www.lpi.org (I think). The RedHat one is pretty obviously geared only towards RH, so I personally will tend to steer clear of that one, unless I get a job-offer that wants that specific cert.
