I am trying to download above package but continuously get a message from kget that the file/directory does not exist. (The filename is complete in the original message).
I was trying to download the 9.0 athlon kernel package using the link provided in the advisory but that file wasn't on ftp.suse.com either. I was able to find it on a mirror site though.
