IPChains (nice set of rules)

      Hi,

is there anyone arround who is willing to send me a/his set of IPChain-Rules?

I'd prefer rules for a 192.168.x.x -NET and I'd prefer them commented.

I already had a look inside the HowTOs and I found it would be more easy to 
modify a existing set than to start from scratch.
