[opensuse-security] update for git to 2.26.1 for all openSUSE versions?

      Hi all,

see https://bitbucket.org/blog/git-vulnerability-in-multiple-versions-including-...

git 2.26.1 is already in https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/
devel:tools:scm/git so it should be easy enough to provide that as update for 
Leap and SLE.
