[opensuse-security] how to check PolicyKit privs with SuSEconfig on 11.3?

Hi all, I'm running 64-bit openSUSE 11.3. In /etc/sysconfig/security, I see that "SuSEconfig can check PolicyKit default privileges." However, there does not appear to be a PolicyKit module for SuSEconfig, and I don't see any output about PolicyKit when I simply run "SuSEconfig".
