Unfortunately, the article fails to mention that the noexec mount option is basically useless.
$ /lib/ld-linux.so.2 /bin/echo eins eins $
...while /bin is on a noexec-mounted filesystem.
jup but the most exploits will be stopped by a noexec tmp cause the 'kiddies' are to stupid to fix that ;) but in general, its not usefull... Sven
