For future reference, the iostat command is in the sysstat package. This package also has a command called sar, which keeps some amount general performance/load history.
iptraf is in its own package. It show network connections--very handy tool.
You should be able to find both of these package using the search command in YaST. I don't think either are a part of the base install.
