Have you got any control characters in your password? I've seen that on NCD X-Terminals, that wouldn't accept any double quotes (or was it $?) in any password. Got them square somehow. Only solution was to change the password from another terminal to one that didn't contain that character. Greetz, Florian Kirchmeir
