The firewall configuration in YaST can do what I want.
Afterwards I found the correct command in /etc/sysconfig/SuSEfirewall2
The correct rule is
FW_SERVICES_ACCEPT_EXT="192.168.178.1,udp,,1900"
This seem to allow all traffic coming from 192.168.178.1:1900 I hope.
