[opensuse-releaseteam] Stopping version updates to 42.3
Hi, According to the roadmap version updates for 42.3 were meant to be completed two weeks ago. So let's be more strict with version updates from now on. That's the question. In 42.2 we didn't auto pull from Factory but that lead to forgetting important changes.
