Is this a monitor which doesn't do DDC? Or is DDC flaky here too?

Ah, hsync narrow. I'm not sure why this is being hit here: 1208 (HDisplay) * 1.10 == 1408, so the > there should be false. So this does require some extra investigation. I've attached a patch here.
