Hi Udo, For the sync problem, that should be fixed now. The complaint about �not knowing the actual card is just whining really. We partially tested the DDC issue already, and found that conntest was reliably reading from a DDC channel on R600, if and only if the probe function for the same channel was called twice in a row. Egbert and Udo dug into this on irc and it was decided that the monitor was rather too picky and to be considered broken. So apart from features, Udo's issues with the driver have been resolved.
