I think that same issue that I never could find exactly with bisect is rearing it's ugly head again.

But there is a version (Pre-July) which is working well for you and another one (Mid-July) which is definitely broken I assume. It may well be that you have to reboot in between but it may be worthwhile to go back and bisect again.
