Option "HPD" "off" needed for the X1550
To use this card on openbsd i had to set HPD to off. Find enclosed my xorg.conf, log & dmesg -- - benoît

From this information we will be able to correct your connector table in
HDP has nothing to do with which operating system you are using. The connector table of your graphics card seems to be seriously messed up. Please provide a copy of your BIOS and a descriptive set up conntest runs to map out the connectors of your card. The rhd_conntest README explains how to do this. the driver so that you and other users of this hardware will be able to directly and correctly use this hardware in future. Thanks, Luc Verhaegen. You also want to try "normal" and "swap" first, disabling HPD completely
is always the worst option.

This is a : PowerColor X1550 256 MB GDDR2 64-bits DVI/CRT/TV (powercolor x1k serie gamefx graphics board) tested on DVI output with a 20" apple cinema display (DVI-D). Ok, I guess "PowerColor X1550" is a good enough description for this
card. I'll push an updated quirks table in a second, you shouldn't need
any options for running this card then.
