- HDMI does not work, no device found with lsmod, lspci, etc.
Do you mean audio? radeonhd only handles the mixing of audio data into the HDMI data stream. You need ALSA support as well to actually bel to produce sound on the on board audio hardware.
The 2400 Pro card that I have, has no audio facilities whatsoever even if an lspci shows it, it is simply not wired up on the card. You get what you pay for.
- In Ubuntu 9.10 the second level of acceleration (2D only?) can not be enabled
EXA and Xv appear to initialize fine. Proper AIGLX requires 3D support, which is still experimental, and is handled by Mesa.
