OK, I just realized there are some groups of power modes, I see 1+5 groups, first is null, rest is 3 modes each. So we probably need to understand types first (0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
Note that the number of groups is different on other ROMs. I figured that group #1 (using entries 1,2,3) always looks like min/med/max. The other groups look ... weird.
I also realized there are only 2 kinds of flags: 0x0010 and 0x0014.
I have had 0x0011 as well.
And I have no freaking clue what the contents of the last structure mean.
I also didn't find an entry that would indicate to reduce the number of
PCIe lanes.
