hi, guys. we have an hd 2400 xt card here at hq which does not work with radeonhd (20080325). it has one of those odd HP DVI connectors. it comes
How do they look like? Anything different to a regular DVI? Or is it a DMS59 (looks like DVI, but much denser)?
Looks like DMS59, now you tell me about it (I wasn't aware of this connector type before). The picture on the wikipedia DMS59 page looks exactly like it.
OK.
It *only* has this single DMS59 connector. Nothing else.
OK, good.
If it has more than one (don't count TV ATM) then please run conntest like described in the README, once per monitor attached.
Doesn't, unfortunately :( That's why we can't test with any different monitor (well, we could use other VGA monitors, but I doubt it'd make a difference), as we don't have any other DMS59 adapters or a monitor with a DMS59 input (if those even exist). CCing Olivier Blin, he can do further testing on this card if necessary (I can't, I was only in the office for a day).
I've added this card to our list, now. I will push this fix either today or tomorrow. Please watch the radeonhd list for a commit going in, then please fetch and retest. Thanks for reporting!
