: start as in manual https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RadeonHD#Prerequisite%20Packages log in drm (attach)
at the end make radeon.o drm.o 2 error.
If you're running the latest Ubuntu, you don't need to worry about the drm modules. The ones you need are already part of the latest release.
Also, please keep things on the mailling list so that more than one person can help answer any questions.
Cheers,
After building with the instruction I had the same result as just after the install. Also, the picture is broken when using packets from http://ppa.launchpad.net/xorg-edgers/ppa/ubuntu/pool/main/x/xserver-xorg-vid... and option "DRI" is enabled, only mouse cursor is active. If switch to the tty by pressing Ctrl+Alt+F1 and then go back by pressing Alt+F7, the computer freezing.
Attach your Xorg.0.log from a broken run. Remember to send it to the _mailling list_ instead of just me. You may also be running into some AGP-specific issue. -- Yang Zhao http://yangman.ca -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: radeonhd+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: radeonhd+help@opensuse.org
