Hey i have an thinkpad w500 with switchable graphic diveces. And I do not get the radeon hd 3650 to work. I'm not sure how do configure the xorg.conf file. i use the latest git release (1.2.3). In README file the Mobility hd 3650 is listed as supported.
Indeed it is. However, it uses AtomBios for mode setting, and on your card it apparently isn't able to fetch the BIOS at all. Maybe a newer version of the driver is able to, but I doubt that. Egbert knows more about the PC architecture than I do.

Therefore, you don't get any connectors -> no output.
