Yes, I could work around this by explicitly skipping build for Python 3.10. But this needs modification of each .spec file.

A couple :) - Wait until it lands in the next snapshot OR - Add openSUSE:Factory  standard to your path (or change from "snapshot"):   <path project="openSUSE:Factory" repository="standard"/> OR - Branch python-pytest and everything what you need into your personal project.
