[opensuse-python] Test run of update checker on dlpy

Hi all, Matej is currently busy creating version checker from pypi for our python use. Atm not final run reports ~500 packages that can be updated. If anyone is interested I am attaching output from one of the test runs. Feel free to update around :P Cheers Tom
