Major Update for Salt to 3002.2

Hello everybody, there is a major update coming to Salt. 'products:testing' has been updated to Salt 3002.2 and it would be very awesome if you could give it a try! As always you can add the repo with this command: `zypper ar https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/systemsmanagement:/saltstack:/testing/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/salt-testing`. There are of course also builds for Leap 15.0, 15.1 and 15.2. Please let us know if you run into any problems or if you've got questions. Thanks a lot! Jochen
