It seems that there is new dependency on python-cssmin, which is not available in that subproject. Can this be added or is there something I can do to include it?

Add it to your branched project (e.g. from devel:languages:python:misc) , see if it builds, and if needed, submit cssmin to d:l:p HTH Axel
