nothing provides python310-pytest

HI! Currently many Python packages cannot build on Tumbleweed and Factory because of "nothing provides python310-pytest" Yes, I could work around this by explicitly skipping build for Python 3.10. But this needs modification of each .spec file. Any solution for this? Ciao, Michael.
