It means ftp-proxy change the account first and try to create pid then? But i do not want my directory /var/run witch +w for nobody!

You can configure ftp-proxy to use /var/run/proxy-suite, then chown nobody /var/run/proxy-suite. Better, create another user and use that instead of nobody.
