Your message to the Election Officials mailing-list was rejected for the following reasons:
Header "x-spam-status: No, score=1.3 required=5.0 tests=HTML_MESSAGE,RDNS_NONE, SPF_HELO_NONE,T_SCC_BODY_TEXT_LINE,URIBL_DBL_BLOCKED_OPENDNS, URIBL_ZEN_BLOCKED_OPENDNS autolearn=disabled version=3.4.5" matched a header rule
Without looking at the log, I'm quite sure that the matched header rule is HTML_MESSAGE. Maybe project@ is an exception in accepting HTML mails, but typically (not only our) mailinglists only want plaintext mails. A better error message would be nice, but that's something upstream mailman will have to do. Or someone needs to be bored enough to send a patch upstream ;-) Regards, Christian Boltz -- I've chosen Suse for over 10 years, despite knowing that my computer would be safest, enclosed in several feet of cement -- but it's really hard to use that way... ;-) [Linda Walsh in opensuse-factory]

I know we have a couple of lists setup to send HTML to moderation, very occasionally I'll allow one through but not often. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

users.lists.opensuse.org accepts html posts. I have one in sight just now. I'm guessing it is not due to moderator action, because then I would see a delay in the received headers and I don't. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 15.4 x86_64 at Telcontar)
