That sounds like you want to write a HowTo, which means to create your page in the SDB namespace - for example https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:Evolution_alias_setup (change the page title as needed). When you click "Create", you'll see a "Select boilerplate" dropdown. "Article template" should give you a good start. That said - the important point is that you _write the article_.
