[opensuse-project] oSC19 Meeting Week 7
Hi all, We will have the Week 7 meeting for the openSUSE Conference 2019 tomorrow on Feb. 12 at 18:00 UTC on the opensuse-project channel on freenode IRC. The Call for Papers closed last week and now we are going through the process of reviewing the talks. Reminders: There is an event in Nuremberg happening at the same time as oSC19 that will be highly attended by opticians. The optician event was organized after we already had the contracted dates for the location of oSC19. The amount of opticians attending their event may cause the price of the hotel to increase. Please consider booking your hotel for oSC19 ASAP. The prices of hotels in Furth and Erlangen (cities nearby) don't appear to have an increase in price; same with airbnb prices. Below are the meeting notes from previous weeks. v/r Doug Links: Trello board - https://trello.com/b/xhSviOKO Week 1 - https://community.opensuse.org/meetings/opensuse-project/2018/opensuse-proje... Hi all, Here are the meeting notes from yesterday -http://community.opensuse.org/meetings/opensuse-project/2019/opensuse-projec... The talks have been rated and we will go through two phases of accepting the talks. Phase 1 will be Feb. 15 to March 1 and Phase 2 will be March 2 to March 16. There were a few talks that seemed like they can be combined, so I plan on connecting the speakers to see if they would be willing to do a joint talk rather than having two separate, but similar talks. v/r Doug On 2/11/19 10:02 AM, ddemaio wrote:
