How to effectively keep track of weekly openSUSE events and project schedule
Hello openSUSE I'd like to start some discussion about how to manage invitations (and related meet.opensuse.org links) for weekly openSUSE events such as Feature Review, Release Engineering meeting, openSUSE Leap 15.3 milestones, kickoffs ... all ideally all at the same place. What do we do as of today (to my knowledge) Regular attendees of the openSUSE Release team have a regular meeting invitation. The remaining openSUSE community members can see the invitation pretty much only from meeting minutes. These are also referenced from https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Release_team Similar for feature reviews wiki + link to meeting minutes https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Jump/Policy/CommunitySLEChangeRequests Since 15.3 we have .ics file and .txt under https://github.com/openSUSE/openSUSE-release-process/tree/master/schedule and also my favorite page on openSUSE wiki https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Roadmap Sarah mentioned on today's Release Team meeting that there is also a team that is using progress-o-o and due dates and watchlist for regular events. Do you have any good experience with opensuse hosted (micro)services that you could share? Feel free to use the following etherpad to capture ideas: https://etherpad.opensuse.org/p/Schedule-thoughts Thank you -- Lubos Kocman, Release Manager openSUSE Leap SUSE Software Solutions Germany GmbH Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg - Germany (HRB 36809, AG Nürnberg) Geschäftsführer: Felix Imendörffer
