I believe the correct mail list is the Project mail list (project@lists.opensuse.org), as it is about policy, governance, behaviour of the community, etc.
Thank you for being so insistent in pointing this out. And I believe you are right. The offtopic list is going to keep the discussion nicely out of sight and out of mind since there is no public archive of it. And I'd prefer if the jackbooted thugs forcing wokeness down our collective throats with threats and insults did that out in public for everyone, including the public to see.
Now this is a noble ideal, but I fear the Powers that Be do not want to see the overall direction of the project discussed. Your message to project@lists.opensuse.org awaits moderator approval Guess the people and views the inclusive crowd wishes to exclude are going to have to remain confined to the offtopic list. As per my earlier email, this list is under moderator approval as well, but as this is the right place for these discussions but unfortunately we are at the point where a human needs to check emails to ensure there is no abuse before they are sent to the list. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B

Apologies, I am tired / got distracted, this should have said discussions about moderation and what the code of conduct looks like are welcome here because it is the right place, as long as such emails are free of abuse. -- Simon Lees (Simotek) http://simotek.net Emergency Update Team keybase.io/simotek SUSE Linux Adelaide Australia, UTC+10:30 GPG Fingerprint: 5B87 DB9D 88DC F606 E489 CEC5 0922 C246 02F0 014B
