Last update was the 12.1 release. If it's not owned by anyone (which looks like it might be the case as the owner is listed as "not- available"), maybe the project needs to take ownership of it.

Wow! Never knew this page existed. Good catch! This is the kind of thing that gives a reason that we need to have a master checklist of all pages and sites we need to visit periodically for updates. (Including Wikipedia, etc.) The go-to guy for Freenode IRC stuff is Darix.
