Henne, I agree with you a little, only because I keep stating that I am will to be a Mentor and to help, but never told, ok. Help. I was like a 9 year kid in class waving my hands in the arm, only to get over looked. I have asked to help out in other areas, but again never to hear ok. So your right that no one in lets say the cool kids are willing to do it, it will died, but there are always the uncool kids that are willing and wanting to help, that get over look.
