[opensuse-project] @suse.com unavailable 16:00 UTC today til 4:00 UTC on Monday
Hi everyone, in luckily one of the last steps to complete the IT carve out of SUSE from Micro Focus, SUSE employees won't have access to our @suse.com e-mails from 2020-06-12 16:00 UTC to 2020-06-15 4:00 UTC. E-mails are not supposed to get lost, we just have been advised not to send, receive, or connect otherwise. (And realistically Monday may be a bit, umm, interesting for many of us. Wish us luck.) Gerald PS: Yes, it's now past that deadline, but I missed to hit send while on my train ride this afternoon. Let's see whether it gets out... PPS: @opensuse.org and @suse.de mail systems should not be affected. -- Dr. Gerald Pfeifer <gp@suse.com>, CTO @SUSE + chair @openSUSE -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

My inuitive use of the word "supposed" was, ahem, prescient. We were advised that due to technical complications @suse.com e-mail adresses have NOT been available to receive external e-mail between Sunday, June 14th, 4:00 UTC and Monday, 7:00 UTC. In other words, be it direct messages, or via mailing lists, those of us using @suse.com addresses have a window of ~27 hours where mails to us bounced.
