Yes, I saw you did ;-) I am one of the volunteers removing spam on that platform, so I noticed your activity. Typically it is new users promoting their business in a quick single action (probably a script hired from somebody), but sometimes an existing user creates a poll or a group that is spam, so I also keep an eye on daily activity. There are also new users which seem created to spam, but there is no proof. I think that the bot failed to add the text to the profile for some reason and the user remains there, unused.
