[opensuse-project] Gsoc 2010
Hi, my name is Sanyam, I am final year Student of Computer Science department , IIT Bombay, india. I want to participate in Gsoc 2010. I saw last year's project of openSUSE in gsoc, and I quite liked them. I want to know whether openSUSE is participating in gsoc 2010, and if yes ,May I know where is the ideas page. I want to get started on it. I got this link from #open-SUSE http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-project/2010-02/msg00094.html, It talks about gsoc 2010. Any leads on this ?? Well, if you look at the mail you're referencing, you can see that it's a call to volunteers to start preparing our participation to GSoC 2010 :-) So we don't have an GSoC idea page yet, and it's not 100% sure we'll participate (but I certainly do hope we will!). I guess for now, you can look at the ideas from last year. Also you can come up with your own idea! So we don't have an GSoC idea page yet, and it's not 100% sure we'll participate (but I certainly do hope we will!).
I guess for now, you can look at the ideas from last year. Also you can come up with your own idea!

Well, the wiki page is now up and reagy for contributions :-) It would be a real shame if we didn't participate, and I for one would like to see us do so.
