[opensuse-project] openSUSE 2014 Conference - may it happen in France ?

Hi all, we, the french openSUSE community, are working on a location proposal for the openSUSE Conference 2014. The core team is complete while we're still working on the exact location. Candidate cities are currently Bordeaux, Nantes and Paris. The application is not full yet but we thought it was important to let you know we are working on it. Sincerely yours, Alexis Guéganno Guillaume Gardet Johann Luce -- OrbisGIS supporter. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

This is Great news It would be really nice to see you guys in Greece so that you see how we manage(d) to make it happen. My personal opinion would also be to become volunteers in this years conference so that you will have a closer look to how this works. We spent 2 years on volunteering in the previous oSC's and it was an experience that tought us a lot of things. Just my 2 cents Kostas Koudaras -- --- \m/ --- http://opensuse.gr http://os-el.gr http://amb.opensuse.gr http://www.kde.gr http://warlordfff.tk --- \m/ --- me I am not I --- \m/ --- Time travel is possible, you just need to know the right aliens -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org

+1 Nantes, cheaper than Bordeaux/Paris but just as easy to get to. Good infrastructure, facilities & transport because it's the regional capital. I can host some folk for dev sprints before/after on the coast at St Nazaire! Cheers the noo, Graham -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
