About the budget, we (the board) will try to do our best to offer a guidance document to
help interested team.
With a bit of chance, and a good deal of work this should be done around the 10th Feb.
There's no fixed price (less is always better) depending on the place, also funding is
not an exact science
especially if the local team think about local sponsors.
