Hi all, I asked on Groklaw not about patents, but about copyrights in relation to Microsoft's suggested "Binding Contribution Agreement" for openSUSE ( http://www.microsoft.com/interop/msnovellcollab/community.mspx ) . I asserted that "...this provision prohibits sublicensing of Microsoft's GPL software. One common misunderstanding is that Novell and MS are now friends and partners in general, can someone confirm:

1) That Novell still have litigation againt MS in the US about WordPerfect?

2) That Novell are active wrt. the current EU case against MS (mentioned here: http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,267898,00.html)
