[opensuse-project] CLT 2014 - Chemnitzer Linux Tage
Hallo, am 15. und 16.03.2014 finden die Chemnitzer Linuxtage statt, wer noch einen Vortrag anmelden will, hat noch bis zum 7.01. die Möglichkeit dazu. Ein openSUSE Stand wurde angemeldet, wer sich dort einbringen will kann sich gerne melden. This year we especially encourage speakers which deal with the subject of confidentiality to submit their contributions. The importance of confidential data storage and transmission became once again the focus of public attention because of the recent political events. Despite of the ongoning improvements in the domain of encryption algorithms and chipher software the widespread utilisation of these methods by the average user remains absent. Thus, the Chemnitz Linux Days 2014 shall not only provide an opportunity for discussions between experts, but also highlight the importance and utilisaton of cryptographics software available to the end user. I registered a booth on CLT for ownCloud as well and asked the organisators to place us next to each other to be able to share people and computers. We did joint boothes for the last two years on CLT which worked fine, but this time we hopefully will have two boothes if they get confirmed.
