That's what most people would like: rock stable and with latest versions of everything. Unfortunately it's not possible, these goals contradict each other. The more rolling your distribution is, the less stable it is, and vice versa. Various distributions and distribution flavours choose their weights for these goals but all of them have to face the fact that one can't have both.
