What is written in contract will not bring paying customer back, if actual action doesn't make him happy. Contract protects company from legal problems, but has no meaning in customer retention.
What are you talking about? A contract about delivery time?
Relation between buyer and company that delivers goods is kind of contract. Part of that contract is delivery time. You are right, that delivery time is fixed, but many that are asking for reason are not happy because they wanted to have it before holidays, so they can give it as a present, install it, and iron out problems during holidays. Delay spoiled their plans and they would like to know the reasons. IMHO, that is not big deal to wite a sentence that will explain, and quit discussion. -- Regards, Rajko -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-project+help@opensuse.org
