Hi Bruno, e are working on the assumption that we will provide to the booth some Promo DVDs that we have created (also for oSC14) and specific merchandising. We will also ship it to the venue so you can open the booth on time. Is there any merchandising related with oSC14 that we need to consider? If so, please coordinate this with Jos. I still do not know about the details of the trip from SUSE side. We will communicate them as soon as we know. When we have more info, we will provide it. We are working on it. Happy new year & best green wishes to Geeko's
We're now then less 4 weeks of Fosdem 2014 event
This email summarize the points we need to clarify before next week.
Materials : 2 all-in-one computer (normally one stay at Nuremberg, the second is located at Prague) Q : Who can locally check them, and be sure they arrive at Brussel the 1st Feb?
Booth kits (or part of them due to the lacking final package) 2 or 3 Stand-up Roll-up Table cloth (green/orange) x2
Give away category Flyer Stickers Business cards (URL+Logo+QR-code) DVD (400) but which one ?
Selling category T-Shirts Plush (the small one) usb sticks (Pre-loaded with?) Decide a price for each of them
Special category Beers ? We could be asked by Fosdem to invent a system to have the bottle brought back to the booth.
Bring the stuff to Brussels Hostel ? Q : I need a good soul to monitor the picking locally at Nuremberg
Bring the stuff from Hostel to ULB (in time) ? Q: Transport, should we rent a van for Saturday morning? Ask local transport like last year?
Once we are clear here in the ML, I will bring the elements on the Fosdem wiki page.
Would be awesome if the Nü Geeko's knows how they go to Brussels this year. (Bus, Hostel location & so.)
Thanks for all your support.
