Request to add fde-tools to openSUSE github

Hi, I'd like to transfer the following repo to openSUSE: https://github.com/lcp/fde-tools fde-tools has been in SUSE:ALP for a while to enable full disk encryption. Michael Chang and I took over the package from Olaf Kirch and we would like to move the repo under openSUSE and submit the package to Base:System and then openSUSE:Factory later. Please help me to transfer the repo. Thanks, Gary Lin
