Erm, I'm not really in the mood to discuss semantics with you, especially because we're both no native speakers, so please concentrate on the meaning. I mean: "Listen to" is paying attention to what the users say. "Do as they say" is implementing whatever the majority of users decides. I'm all for listening to our userbase, I'm all against developing by majority vote or committee.
