In that case the draft is quite different from the current rules and would be a substantial change: https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Board_election_rules#Forced_re-election: "If 20 per cent or more of the openSUSE members require a new board, an election will be held for the complete elected Board seats." (This is now the second such case where you, intentionally or inadvertently, put in such a change. If it's intentional, please be very explicit about it.
