The DVD deltas are available via ftp/http.
PS - I tried http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3-Alpha2/iso/delta/openSUSE-10.... but it doesn't work :-(
It should work now, I just noticed that we had wrong permissions due to a wrongly used chmod command :-(. Sorry, mea culpa!
And I had the wrong URL anyway - this works:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/10.3-Alpha2/iso/delta/openSUSE-10....
Now to check the MD5 sum (of the delta), apply delta, check new MD5 sum (of the DVD image) and finally test it.
applydeltaiso runs md5sum tests itself.
However, I can't see this second MD5 sum (for the DVD) anywhere? (I can see that for the deltas). There's a strange line though at the end of the MD5s for deltas:
2c6deeace26ec9ac8da895c1e3834adf MD5SUMS.of.DVDs
Andreas - please can you advise?
That file MD5SUMS.of.DVDs contains the MD5SUMS of the DVDs - and that file should be on the mirrors as well, Andreas -- Andreas Jaeger, aj@suse.de, http://www.suse.de/~aj/ SUSE LINUX Products GmbH, GF: Markus Rex, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GPG fingerprint = 93A3 365E CE47 B889 DF7F FED1 389A 563C C272 A126
