It would be easier to see what is missing if you would post related opensuse mail list, although, I think that you are asking about opensuse@opensuse.org (user to user help, ie. user list at Gmane).
Yes, it's the user list - identified as opensuse at opensuse dot org (entered it that way so gmane doesn't munge it). This list has been available for a very long time at the gmane group that I initially mentioned (gmane.linux.suse.opensuse.user), as that's where I've followed it for several years now. If it's now at gmane.linux.suse.general, that's a change. I'll check that out.
