Wouldn't it be better to keep the ideas in FATE, and create a SoC product there, so we don't have to copy things around?
Maybe initially, but in the end:

FATE is not a bug tracker. If we have a specific SoC product there, we can create a nice list of ideas, which are specifically targeted at SoC with all bells and whistles, and we have a decent way to track and reference them.
