That is probably not a good idea given what Martin wrote upthread:
For legal reasons it's better to have these things at arm's length outside the official openSUSE infrastructure. However outside the United States I'm pretty sure there should be no legal concerns about hosting this content (note: IANAL).
And since both GitLab & Github have legal entities and their servers partially in the US, anyone hosting the content via their account could be subject to legal persecution (given how valuable github/gitlab accounts have become, that is probably undesirable for many).
